1. What is a professional organiser, and how can you help me? A professional organiser is someone who specialises in creating organised, efficient, and functional spaces. We help clients declutter their homes, establish systems, and develop strategies for maintaining an organised lifestyle. Our goal is to empower you to create a serene environment that reflects your values and priorities.

2. How do I get started with your organising services? Getting started is easy! Simply reach out via our contact page to schedule a consultation. During this initial conversation, we’ll discuss your specific needs, assess the areas you want to focus on and determine the best package for you.

3. Do I need to be present during the organising sessions? It’s entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be present to provide input and engage in the process, while others feel more comfortable allowing us to work independently. We can discuss what would work best for you during our consultation.

4. What should I do to prepare for our session? It’s helpful if you take a few moments to identify the areas you’d like to focus on and any specific goals you have in mind. However, you don’t need to do any major prep work! We will guide you through the entire process.

5. How long will it take to organise my space? The time it takes to oragnise a space depends on various factors, including the size and condition of the area, your goals, and how much you decide to declutter. During our consultation, we can provide a more accurate estimate based on your specific situation.

6. Are your services only for residential spaces, or do you also work with businesses? While we primarily focus on residential organising, we also offer services for small businesses, home offices, and creative spaces. If you’re interested in organising your professional environment, we’d be happy to discuss how we can help! We also help create menu plans, weekly schedules and daily routine charts.

7. What happens to the items we decide to declutter? We believe in responsible decluttering! Together, we’ll assess each item, and we will guide you on options for donating, selling, recycling, or disposing of unwanted items. My aim is to ensure that your decluttering process is mindful and purposeful. We take away rubbish and donations for you. We also offer to sell items for our clients.

8. Do you offer virtual organising services? Yes! We offer virtual organising sessions via video calls. These sessions are designed for clients who prefer to work independently but would like guidance and support. We can tackle specific projects, and we will provide personalised strategies to help you stay on track.

9. What is your cancellation policy? Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to make adjustments and accommodate other clients.

10. Can I create a custom package that fits my unique needs? Absolutely! We understand that every client’s needs are different. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your specific situation and create a personalised package that works best for you.
